Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and Northern Cape. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

2. Delivery Fees

• Gauteng: Free delivery on all orders.
• All other provinces: Flat rate of R3 500 (including 15% VAT) per order, regardless of the number of carts ordered.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected province and are shown clearly before you place your order. No additional fees apply.

3. Delivery Times

• Gauteng: 5–10 business days from order confirmation.
• Other provinces: 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

Custom builds (including colour changes and off-road modifications) may take up to 21 business days. We will confirm your expected delivery date within 1 business day of your order.

4. Delivery Process

• Your cart is fully inspected, charged and road-tested before dispatch.
• It is transported on a covered vehicle with soft straps to prevent any damage.
• Our driver contacts you 24 hours before arrival to arrange access.
• On arrival, we walk you through the cart, hand over the charger, keys and warranty documents.

5. Receiving Your Cart

Please inspect your cart with the driver present. In the unlikely event of transit damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange repairs or replacement under our Returns & Refund Policy.
