Every cart's energy system is stripped, tested and rebuilt. Cells are matched by capacity, packs are assembled with new cabling and terminals, BMS boards are calibrated, and each pack is run through a controlled discharge load test.

Carts are lifted and inspected end to end: chassis and welds, steering rack, kingpins, brake shoes and cables, leaf springs, motor brushes, wiring loom, lights and beeper. Every reading is recorded on the cart's build sheet.

Drivetrain Build & Road-Load Testing
Where a rebuild is required, engines and transaxles are built on the bench to OEM tolerance with new wear parts. Fitted carts then complete a loaded road test to verify acceleration, hill-hold, braking and top speed.

The cart is washed, polished and dressed, protective film is applied to the screens and floor mats, keys and charger are boxed, and the cart is strapped to our transport with load-rated ratchet straps for insured nationwide delivery.

At Sequence Golf Carts, we started in 2021 as a two-man workshop repairing tired carts for golf estates around Cape Town. Today we are an authorised dealer for E-Z-GO, Club Car and Yamaha, running one of the busiest cart preparation facilities in the Western Cape, combining modern battery diagnostics and road-load testing with old-school workshop craftsmanship.
