1. 14-Day Return Window
You may return any new cart within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the following conditions are met:
- The cart has travelled less than 20 km since delivery.
- The cart is returned in its original condition with no damage, modifications or alterations.
- All accessories, charger, keys and documentation are returned.
2. How to Return an Item
- Email sales@sequencegolfcarts.co.za or call +27 68 664 5057 within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
- Our team will arrange collection. Collection is free within Gauteng; for other provinces a collection fee of R3 500 applies, deducted from your refund.
- The cart is inspected at our Brackenfell workshop within 5 business days of return.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection.
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method (EFT, card, or finance provider).
- If your order was paid via financing, the finance agreement is cancelled and any amounts paid are refunded per the lender's terms.
4. Exchanges
Prefer a different model? We're happy to exchange your cart for another model within the 14-day window. Any price difference is settled directly with you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built or modified carts (including colour changes and lifted suspensions).
- Carts purchased as "as-is" clearance stock (clearly marked at time of sale).
- Consumables such as battery water kits once opened.
6. Defective or Damaged Carts
If your cart arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the cart at no cost under your 2-year warranty. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
